Team Adlegus is having deep sense of respect towards the right of free legal aid enshrined in Article 39A of the Indian Constitution which states that the State is obligated to keep a check that the legal system provides equal justice to all its citizens. The state must offer free legal assistance to individuals who cannot access justice due to financial constraints. On similar lines, the Adlegus Team is committed to make available the legal aid, assistance, advisory and support to the person standing last in queue
In our endevour to provide legal aid to deprived section of society, we plan to undertake orientation and training of para legal staff and interns helping them to develop a sense of giving back to the society in the form of free legal aid. We also works to promote legal activism as we believe that law and society are two sides of the same coin. Law and society are so inextricably interdependent that to both need to be equally improved in order to lead the world into the desired new order.
